Service Areas & Delivery
Bubbly Bear Hires serves all areas within a 10 mile radius of Enfield. Free delivery is offered to all areas within the Boroughs of Barnet, Broxbourne, Enfield as well as some surrounding areas.
If unsure complete a query and we will check if we deliver to your area, and if there are any delivery fees associated with your booking.
Safety
We are able to set up bouncy castles indoors. Additionally we are able to set up castles outdoors, on natural grass only. We are unable to set them up outside on hard surfaces.
Bouncy castles cannot be operated in extreme weather conditions including heavy rain and strong winds in excess of 24 mph. The weather forecast is checked the day before scheduled hires and if the weather conditions are not deemed to be safe, your booking will be transferred to any date of your choosing or a refund will be provided.
Pre-booking preparations
Please check the measurements of the set up space and access area before booking to ensure your bouncy castle can be safely delivered and operated. Exact measurements for each bouncy castle can be found on their individual pages.
Winter Bookings
From 1st October to 31st March we are only able to accommodate indoor bookings due to the adverse weather. We are able to accommodate your indoor events during this time.
