Please measure the set-up space to ensure there is sufficient room to operate the bouncy castle safely. You can click the size tab above to check how much space is required for this multiplay bouncy castle.
Please measure the width of the access area before booking to ensure the bouncy castle will be able to fit through, a minimum of 1 metre is required for this multiplay inflatable. If we attend a booking and the access point is not at least 1 metre we may not be able to deliver and you will not be eligible for a refund.
We are not able to accomodate bookings which are not on the ground level unless there is access to a lift. If there is likely to be a potential access issue please contact us before booking.
The set up area and access areas will need to be cleared of any obstacles or debris in advance of the scheduled hire time so that the bouncy castle unit can be safely delivered and operated.
If booking a hall please ensure you allow sufficient time for set up and collection. 30 minutes is required for each but it can usually be done much quicker than this. If you have booked multiple items then more time will be required.
