We provide our services in Hertfordshire, north London and other surrounding areas, this includes all post codes in the boroughs of Barnet, Broxbourne, East Hertfordshire, Enfield and Haringey. Additionally we serve parts of Hertsmere, Epping Forest, St Albans, Harlow and all other areas within a ten mile radius of Waltham Cross. We offer free delivery to all bookings within the boroughs of Barnet, Enfield, Broxbourne and Haringey. A small delivery fee may be chargeable outside of these areas. Please click ‘Book now’ on the relevant product page, enter the desired date and select your postcode. Once this is selected any delivery fees will be displayed. If your postcode is not listed then unfortunately we do not deliver to your area but you can always call to check.

Bookings are made online but if necessary can also be taken over the phone. A non refundable booking fee of £25 is charged at the time of booking, we accept all major debit and credit cards. Full payment is required one week prior to the scheduled hire date, the £25 booking fee will be deducted from the final payment.

If you decide to cancel, the £25 booking fee can be transferred to a future date once within 12 months of the original booking date, provided you give notice of at least 2 weeks. The full payment is non refundable except if we need to cancel for any reason such as adverse weather conditions. In this case you will be entitled to transfer the booking to another date or alternatively a refund of the balance paid minus the booking fee will be provided.

Please ensure that your intended set up location is suitable for the hire equipment you have selected.

  • The size of each bouncy castle unit is specified in the description, more importantly the required set up space is also specified. Please ensure there is adequate space before booking.
  • If you are holding an indoor event please also ensure the height of any bouncy castle you hire is suitable for the venue.
  • We require clear access to the set up location. Please ensure paths and access to the intended location are free of obstacles with a 3ft clearance. Please also bear in mind that a sack trolley is used to transport the equipment so if you do not have a side entrance this will need to go through your home provided the access is wide enough.

Unfortunately not, payments should be made online. In exceptional circumstances we may consider individual requests.

As long as you need it between the hours of 9am and 8pm. We will be as flexible as we can but generally equipment is dropped off between 9am and 11am and it is collected from 6-8pm. If you have hired a hall and need it at a specified time just let us know in advance so that we can accommodate your request.

If you require the equipment for multiple days, discounts are available so please let us know before booking.

Although this is usually done within 15mins we require half an hour for set up and another half an hour to clear. Please also bear in mind that if you have multiple products e.g. a bouncy castle, ball pit and soft play this may take longer.

The only thing you will need to supply is an electricity source. Everything else you need for a safe and fun hire will be supplied. We provide mats, a blower and a 25 metre extension lead as standard. In addition, if it is an outdoor hire we will also provide you with an anemometer to ensure you are able to check that the bouncy castle is not being operated in wind speeds in excess of 24 mph, this is a regulation of the HSE.

We will check the weather forecast as your hire date approaches, if heavy rain and wind above 24 mph are forecasted we will cancel the booking and a refund will be provided minus the non refundable booking fee. The booking fee can be transferred to any date within 12 months of the original scheduled hire date.

Bouncy castles can be operated in light rain provided the bouncy castle has a rain cover however they cannot be used in heavy rain for health and safety reasons. If heavy rain starts during your scheduled hire, all children will need to come off the equipment until it stops raining and the bouncy castle has been dried.

From 1st October to 31st March we are only able to accomodate indoor bookings due to the weather. Please do not place a booking for an outdoor event during this time as any booking not deemed suitable will be cancelled. Please contact 07883069925 for mor information.

If you would like a an inflatable set up on natural grass or indoors at a suitable venue that it absolutely fine. We are not however able to accommodate outdoor inflatable hire booking requests on artificial grass or hard standing surfaces such as tarmac or concrete as it is problematic to safely secure in line with the regulations.
