Service Areas & Delivery

Bubbly Bear Hires serves all areas within a 10 mile radius of Waltham Cross. Free delivery is offered to all areas within the Boroughs of Barnet, Broxbourne, Enfield and Haringey as well as some surrounding areas.

Click ‘book now’ on the relevant product page and select your desired hire date, then you will be able to check if we deliver to your area and if there are any delivery fees associated with that booking.

Safety

We are only able to set up bouncy castles either indoors or outdoors on natural (not artificial) grass only. We are not able to set them up outside on hard surfaces due to the amount of weight that would be required to safely secure it as per the regulations.

Bouncy castles cannot be operated in extreme weather conditions including heavy rain and strong winds in excess of 24 mph. The weather forecast is checked the day before scheduled hires and if the weather conditions are not deemed to be safe, your booking will be transferred to any date of your choosing or a refund will be provided.

Pre-booking preparations

Please check the measurements of the set up space and access area before booking to ensure your bouncy castle, soft play and ball pool equipment can be safely delivered and operated. Exact measurements for each bouncy castle can be found on their individual pages.

Winter Bookings

From 1st October to 31st March we are only able to accomodate indoor bookings due to the weather. Please do not place a booking for an outdoor event during this period as any booking not deemed suitable will be cancelled. Please email enquiries@bubblybearhires.co.uk for more information.
