The set up area and access areas will need to be cleared of any obstacles or debris in advance of the scheduled hire time so that the bouncy castle unit can be safely delivered and operated.
If booking a hall please ensure you allow sufficient time for set up and collection. 30 minutes is required for each but it can usually be done quicker than this. If you have booked multiple items then more time will be required.
